A walk in the Park, Volume 272

DAILY WARDEN TRACK: Yesterday I shared some smoove Summer vibes and today you’re going to get rocked with red-hot, brand-new music from a band that’s getting rave reviews from fans & critics alike.  I know absolutely zero about NOTHING MORE, but with the music apps & services I have access to, I’m able to “preview” lots of music before it becomes available to the general public.  Today’s song is from the album “Nothing More,” available around the world on Tuesday, June 23.  They’re on tour this Summer with Five Finger Death Punch, Volbeat & Hellyeah, and their live shows are quickly creating a huge buzz.  Click that friendly little “play” button and check out “FIRST PUNCHbefore anyone else!
Topic Of The Day: HOW DO YOU LIKE TO “GET BACK TO NATURE”?  Yesterday I posted a link about U.S. government drone aircraft flying over some of America’s National Parks, and since it’s the first weekend of Summer… That means it’s “gettin’ back to nature” season, so post your answer on the official Park Warden facebook page, or text to 666 666.
CHINA AIMS FOR SOCCER SUPREMACY: With the 2014 FIFA World Cup in full swing, there have been a few major upsets, plenty of scoring, and several very entertaining matches.  When it comes to soccer, China is rarely (if ever) mentioned, why?  Well, mostly because they really suck, but China’s hoping to change that, kick your way into the world’s largest football academy, here.
THE WORLD CUP OF MUSIC: So, maybe you hate soccer and don’t really give a shit about the World Cup, that’s too bad (for you), but everyone likes music, right?  The CBC has come up with a pretty sweet “time-waster” for music fans who don’t necessarily dig on the football festivities… The “World Cup of MUSIC” bracket, featuring songs from the countries of the World Cup participants, here.
RIGHT OUT OF THE MOVIES: Earlier this month three Canadian prisoners escaped from jail with a helicopter.  They were caught this morning.  Someone should make a movie out of this.  Apprehend this intriguing event here.
SPECTACULAR SUMMERTIME SPIRIT SIPPING: Now that Summer has officially arrived, perhaps you're a little more inclined to drink outdoors.  Obviously it’s a great time to increase the quality of your “spiritual intake,” distill the delicious details here.
