A Restaurant in California is Serving a Burger Made 100% From Bacon A small burger chain in Southern California called Slater's 50/50 just created a burger where the patty is made from 100% GROUND BACON. No beef at all. And that burger is topped with more bacon, "bacon cheddar cheese," and a dressing called "bacon island."
