"Apology" Letter To Rob Lowe ... The city of Winnipeg was up in arms earlier this week after a “Tweet” from actor ROB LOWE, who was in the city shooting a movie.  Lowe was spending some down-time in a sports bar watching the NBA finals when the local TV affiliate (from the U-S) interrupted the game to show some local election results.  Lowe thought the TV station was in Winnipeg and Tweeted his disgust with the hashtag #TrappedInAHellHole.  Winnipeggers felt insulted and immediately responded by going on a Tweeting Rampage.  But one ex-Winnipegger – who lives in Toronto now – took a different approach; he wrote Lowe an “apology” letter, it’s pretty amusing and you can read it here: www.ctv.ca/CTVNews/TopStories/20120615/rob-lowe-winnipeg-apology-120616
