There’ll be hundreds of late night action too, with some huge names from the world of electro music: AVICII, KASKADE, The CRYSTAL METHOD, and local DJ DAVID STONE! Rock your cursor here for all you need to know: www.Boonstock.ca

There’s a pancake breakfast at the Legislature from 7 til 10 tomorrow morning. There’ll be activities all day with fireworks at 11pm at Millwoods Park, and of course the the main fireworks are downtown at 11. Some of the best viewing spots are Telus Field (concessions will be open), along Saskatchewan drive on the south side of the river, the Legislature, Victoria Park, and anywhere on River Valley road. Go early!

Euro 2012 Soccer Championship … TOMORROW is day 24 of the EURO 2012 Soccer Championship; one of the most watched sporting events in the world. It’s the championship game between SPAIN and ITALY, at 12:45pm on TSN. All the tournament details, hype, etc., can be found here: www.UEFA.com

"King Ralph” Named To Order Of Canada … Former premiere of Alberta, Ralph Klein, is now a member of the Order Of Canada. I don’t really know exactly what the “Oder Of Canada” entitles a person to, but it is recognition on a national level. Love him or hate him, the guy did make Alberta one of the richest places with one of the most stable economies in the world. There was no B-S with him, and that sometimes got him into hot water. Regardless, he left an impression on people across this province.
NHL Free Agent Frenzy … Tomorrow at 10am local time, the free agency race begins in the National Hockey League. Pittsburgh signed Sidney Crosby to a super-ultra-mega million dollar deal already, which I think is foolish because he’s “broken.” Where will Roberto Luongo end up? And what about Martin Brodeur and Zach Parise of the New Jersey Devils? Oh, right … It IS still too early to be talking about hockey, I love you Summer!
Cruise And Holmes Divorcing … After six years of wedded “bliss,” Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting a divorce. I hate celebrity gossip, but when I heard that Katie's getting $15 million in the settlement, I just had to give my "two cents worth" ... Look Katie, I could've saved six years of your life; I could've married Tom Cruise for you. He and I could've been drinking buddies for a week, then he would've divorced me with no hard feelings, given me the 15 Mil, and everybody would be happy!
Alberta’s DUI Law Changing … How many times can this be pounded into our skulls?! If you don’t get it by now, you probably never will. Beginning tomorrow, our province will make DUI even more regrettable than it already is: www.CalgaryHerald.com/news/Accused+drunk+drivers+face+indefinite+licence+suspension+under+effect+July/6803047/story.html

Canada’s POT Laws Changing Too ... Regardless of what you think, this is always a “hot-button” topic. Canada’s Medical Marijuana laws could be changing in 2014, set the details ablaze here: http://Blogs.Canada.com/2012/06/22/medicinal-pot-users-protest-proposed-changes-to-marijuana-access-program
