So far my training has been going well…I am in week 2 and have been running three times a week breaking it up with intervals…doing some hill work and long runs. For my intervals I find it best to use a treadmill because I can really control the pace and timing and see my gains. For the hills I have been hitting the stairs in the River Valley which is nice because I am outside. It’s also very important to make sure you get your long runs in so on Sundays I am up to about 90 mins and I will add 10 mins a week to that. Don’t forget to stretch and happy running!
