Piebald/River City High - Piebald/River City High [Split EP]

The promotional split EP from Big Wheel and Doghouse Records features two of the labels' bigger artists, and it contains a fair share of catchy music as well. River City High open up the disc with three of their songs, and while there is nothing wrong with their upbeat melodic emo pop, there is also nothing particularly entrancing about it either. On the whole it sounds a bit like Weston played with less humor and more laughable lovelorn honesty.
