Sublime - Sublime [Deluxe Edition]

For the tenth anniversary of Sublime's major-label debut, Universal gave the 1996 album an overhaul that truly warrants the labeling of a Deluxe Edition. Not only did it get the standard second disc of all these Deluxe Edition sets, but the proper album was resequenced to reflect the track order that Sublime settled upon prior to Brad Nowell's death -- a shuffling that subtly alters the flow of the album without altering its character. After that, the requisite B-sides, remixes, and alternate versions fill out the rest of the first disc and all of the second, including acoustic tracks, instrumental versions, and no less than five mixes of "Doin' Time," which may be overkill to some but they're the ones who won't be buying a Sublime reissue anyway. Read More
