Walk for Bissell! Too many individuals and families in our community struggle with poverty and homelessness, and winter’s coldest months make those challenges even harder. On February 28th, brave the cold with us to change lives.
Bissell Centre works every day to help people find safe homes, connect with community supports, and build financial stability. CNOY is our largest annual fundraiser, and the dollars raised help sustain programs that support individuals and families on their pathways out of poverty.
How to take part:
1. Start a team or join our “Walk With Bissell” team: https://cnoy.org/location/edmontondowntown
2. Rally your friends and family to support your walk with donations.
3. On February 28, walk a 2 km or 5 km route through downtown Edmonton.
Take photos, tag #WalkForBissell, and know that every step you take helps prevent evictions, house Edmontionians, and lift families out of poverty
